• During 2013 and 2014, AG Consulting assisted the Government of The Bahamas with the overhaul and modernisation of its entire gaming legislative and regulatory dispensation.

• This Project involved the development of a comprehensive suite of custom-made legislation, including The Gaming Act, 2014, detailed Regulations for various gaming sectors and Gaming Rules, making provision for the licensing and regulation of inter alia land-based casino and gaming house operations, mobile gaming, proxy gaming and interactive gaming.

• During 2015, AG Consulting assisted the Government of The Bahamas and the Gaming Board for The Bahamas with the gaming-related component of the mutual evaluation process performed by the Caribbean Financial Action Task Force.
